At Epworth Villa, our purpose is “Enhancing Lives So People Thrive.” Our mission centers on providing a perfect balance for each individual as a whole person.
For more than two decades, Epworth Villa has offered the services of not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) to those seeking rewarding retirement living enriched by activity and touched with grace. As a locally-owned, not-for-profit organization, we reinvest our revenue after expenses back into the community to keep enhancing services and amenities.
The senior population continues to grow, and we continue to adjust to meet their expanding needs. Ultimately, our development as a community is driven by the fact that people seek out life at Epworth Villa for themselves or the people they care about. This annual report provides a view of the elements that have come together to make our growth possible.

A Rich History
In 1990, Epworth Villa opened it's doors, and we've been flourishing ever since.
Epworth Villa was founded by and is affiliated with the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church. However, you'll find people of many denominations living here. They share deeply felt spiritual values. That's one of the reasons our community has such vitality and strength. We welcome people of all backgrounds and faiths.
Epworth Villa is proud to be among the few continuing care retirement communities in America to achieve CCAC accreditation. Only 10% of America's communities earn this honor. CCAC-CARF is an independent organization that evaluates CCRCs, from financial strength to health care to food services.
